I suspect I could get it from a Fedora-arm repo, but other than
being compiled on armv7hl, will it cause other problems with

nextcloud needs PHP7 not the PHP5.4 in Centos7.

It says that Nextcloud 11 supports 5.4, but recommends 5.5 and how to
get it from the SCL library. Is this working for armv7hl?
Nextcloud 12 requires php 5.6.
