nextcloud needs PHP7 not the PHP5.4 in Centos7.

It says that Nextcloud 11 supports 5.4, but recommends 5.5 and how to 
get it from the SCL library.  Is this working for armv7hl?

Nextcloud 12 requires php 5.6.
