    I know fedora has a working aarch64 for the Pi without uefi, but I
    have not seen anyone working on porting it to Centos. I tried
    installing it then wiping everything except /boot, the kernel and
    fstab and replacing them with a Centos aarch64 as I'd seen suggested
    elsewhere, but it would not boot or give me anything on screen to
    see what is happening.<br>

        What do  you get if you don't need perfection?<br>
        Also there was a post about UEFI firmware ported to  Pi 3/3B+
        platforms. Does this achieve anything to help? I saw someone
        else posted about trying to create an aarch64 EFI bootable iso
        but no one was able to respond.<br>
