Kommt /tmp/lib/fritz//fwlanusb-lib.o evtl. binaer von AVM und nur als 
32-bit version?  Dann wird es vermutlich nicht klappen, weil Du zwar 
einen 32bit-Treiber kompilieren koenntest (gcc -m32), der aber m.W. 
nicht mit Deinem 64bit-Kernel funktionieren wird.
