</p><p class=MsoNormal>Ich bin auf CentOS umgestiegen, um Scalix zu betreiben. Ansonsten dient der Server als Fileserver für mein Firmennetzwerk, das mehr oder weniger nur aus meinem Server, meinem Arbeitsplatzrechner und dem Laptop (beide Windows Vista) besteht. Den Linuxserver betreibe ich seit vielen Jahren vor allem, um meine Daten sicherer abzulegen als unter Windows (Stichwort Soft-RAID) :-). SuSE, Debian, Ubuntu, jetzt CentOS. Es ist ein Gigabyte-Mobo mit einem AMD Sempron 3100+ - älter, aber sparsam und bewährt :-)<o:p></o:p>

</p><p class=MsoNormal>In Google finde ich Einträge ins RHEL-Bugtracking und Meldungen, dass das Problem mit einem Patch bzw. einem der neuesten Kernel gelöst sei. Stimmt das, kann ich den Patch mit dem aktuellsten CentOS-Kernel benutzen (ich kann Kernel bauen, aber ich trau mich nicht, weil CentOS sicher auch keinen Vanilla-Kernel hat, bei dem sich der Patch problemlos anpassen lässt).<o:p></o:p>
