But do you think that such a FAQ would be read and followed.  a,c and
d are just common sense if you have been on the internet for any
period of time (well c and d are common sense without any experience).
  b is close to being common sense.   Even still, if you write it down
they won't necessarily comply.  I think the best way to avoid stuff
like this is simply not to reply to people who do this sort of stuff
(also, if you remove someone from the list when they don't comply with
c, well that will cary a stronger message).
