Am using these in production for about a week without any obvious problems..

horde-3.1.3
imp-h3-4.1.3
kronolith-h3-2.1.2
turba-h3-2.1.2

Also worth mentioning is the fact that there are a few changes in the 
SQL scripts (/usr/share/horde/scripts/sql). I am unaware if database 
schema changes that can be done via a RPM upgrade.

Request the horde-apps group maintainer to let me know if anymore 
specific inputs are required.
