Matt,
love the enthu! however, hang on for a second there. We dont need to
rebuild the entire distro. syslinux is quite happy with having 2 sets of
kernels to boot :)
And a fair few pkgs on the i386/ and x86_64/ tree can be hardlinked
inside the iso to save space... I'd first start down that route.
