    Mind that the bug has fixes for newer logrotate versions. The 
version included in Centos 4 is logrotate-3.7.1 and it does not 
understand the "yearly" keyword, hence the solution from 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=174969#c8 cannot be applied.
