[CentOS-devel] builder running notification code fragment

Let me surface a conversation happening elsewhere here, for 
people interested in building a distibution

I've mentioned my toy s390x builder privately to a few people, 
and have some external private testers; additionally I think I 
mentioned it on the Marist Linux/IBM list and perhaps here 
publicly. Someone noticed because I picked up a 'follower' on 
my twitter progress tool
