[CentOS-devel] CentOS 7 "nightly builds" and Live Media iso images

There are only a few things I know about using yum, and how to point
it to a repo for which I don't have a .repo config file is not one
of them. Can someone drop a hint on how to use yum with 
http://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/7/os/x86_64-latest  ???
