CentOS-5.5<br>PHP 5.2.13<br>OpenSSL-0.9.8e<br><br>According to the manual for PHP a function of PHP with SSL configured is <a href="http://php.net/manual/en/function.openssl-get-cipher-methods.php">http://php.net/manual/en/function.openssl-get-cipher-methods.php</a> which is returning an error.<br>
