<p dir="ltr">Last I talked to my SE, they had to make private the default since logs, etc could potentially contain sensitive information. They didn't want to expose themselves to litigation because someone accidentally uploaded a script with their root password (or worse) in it. :-)</p>

The bug is now public. Apparently a workflow rule was automatically marking<br>
all RHEL7 bugs as private.<br>
