If I am correct, docker is requiring golang packages which are not
yet available for Centos 7.2 on ppc64/ppc64le.<br>

That is true, however, gccgo might be an option for ppc64/ppc64le.
Ubuntu uses gccgo to provide Docker packages for their ppc64le
distro.<br>
