Subject: [Pulp-list] Pulp 2.8.0 is available

> Pulp team is thrilled to announce the availability of Pulp 2.8.0!
>
> You can find it in the usual location[0].
>
> The most exciting new feature is the ability to specify a deferred download policy when defining an RPM repository. This download policy ensures that repository syncs are considered complete after repository metadata is downloaded. The packages are synced into Pulp only when a client requests them. Immediate download policy is still the default. You can learn more about the new features in 2.8.0 in the release notes[1-7].
>
> The repository contains the following and their dependencies:
>
> Pulp 2.8.0
> RPM plugin 2.8.0
> Puppet plugin 2.8.0
> Python plugin 1.1.0
> OSTree plugin 1.1.0
> Docker plugin 2.0.0
> Crane 2.0.0
