I think your RHEL7 has a slightly different version of cockpit, probably <br>
160-3. The dependencies were adjusted in 160-3, as seen in <br>
<a href="https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2018:1066" rel="noreferrer noreferrer" target="_blank">https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2018:1066</a> and the related BZ entry.<br>

As far as I know, this issue will get fixed once 160-3 ends up to the <br>
CentOS extras repo.<br>
