Can u try including <a href="https://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos8-train/delorean-deps.repo">https://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos8-train/delorean-deps.repo</a> repo also. Also u need enable PowerTools repo in addition to other CentOS base repos as some deps are consumed from it also.
