            on behalf of a non-profit (OSU Open Source Lab) that uses a
            lot of older generation systems to support our
            infrastructure, I too am concerned about moving the v3 base
            line as a requirement for EL10. Our hardware budget is very
            limited so getting newer generation systems can take quite a
            bit of time or just luck (someone decides to donate gear).</div>
