Maybe we could put the main links to translated front pages in the
English FrontPage, maybe in a Translate section, to advice the issue
that we have translations.

If the user has no language support enabled, the preferred language
when the user account is created is the value set in language_default
at wikiconfig.py, English by default. So new users with no support
language should see English FrontPage, where the links to translated
front pages could be put.
