[CentOS-docs] Wish to contribute a Winki Article

Up to you but most people tend to put Samba as a priority.  I would say as long as it's easy to find.  I didn't even know about these sections.  Can you guys put good links from the Winki startup page to those sections?

Perhaps, we should put Windows-related wiki articles into some place?
