[CentOS-mirror] New French mirror ready

I am sorry about my comportment, i am very stressed since few days and a little "agressive" I do my appologies to everybody, i will post here again when the mirror will be ok.

Mat, like Lance said, all the CentOS team does it work apart the real one, 
don't be too rude.
I've somewhat managed the very first fedora mirrors, and i can imagine the 
work it is to manage this

If that can help somebody, i left iso DVD and CD for i386 arch on the 
server.

I will take more time to do again the mirror in few days.
