rebuilding apache with the largefile support breaks the api - so you
need to then rebuild everything down the line that needs or might need
or uses apache too - php, mod_python, mod_dav_svn mod_perl, mod_ssl and
their dep chains.....

so, i am not sure if thats something i'd recommend or even try to do for
myself.
