[CentOS-mirror] Preparing a new mirror

Hi it's hard quantify the instantainious bandwidth the but we ship
(mirrorservice.org) ~ 113G a day for our centos mirror ~3TB a month.
we carry the dvd iso's.

It usualy makes our top ten-fifteen download sites by volume.
