[CentOS-mirror] Mirror problems

I'm getting the following problem:

rsync: failed to connect to mirror.omnispring.com: No route to host (113)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(107)
[receiver=2.6.8]

when I do

rsync --progress -avhc
rsync://mirror.omnispring.com/centos/5.0/updates/i386/
/var/www/yumrepos/centos/5.0/updates/i386/

and likely the same error message for rsync.arcticnetwork.ca

Is there any issue with these repos ?
