[CentOS-mirror] new mirror in Romania

Hi,

we made available for public use the centos mirror we've been using for 
our own servers. Outside country speed might not be stellar (up to 10 
Mbps), but we have good coverage of Romania (1 Gbps).

Url: ftp://download.srv.ro/pub/centos/ (DVD images included)
We sync daily from ftp.iasi.roedu.net (tier 1 mirror).
Credits should go to www.srv.ro

This might not be a big deal but it feels nice to give something back to 
the Centos project.
