[CentOS-mirror] New mirror

[J.H.]

To anyone interested, seriously, go try / check out 
http://boot.kernel.org - it's got the latest Centos 5.4 in it and all of 
that jazz.  Pravin and I are always keen on feedback and so far it's 
been fast and useful to me.
