[CentOS-mirror] New Mirror Up at http://mirror.active9.com/centos/

I believe it will be auto added. However you can force it to use this mirror
if you like.

This will force your server to use mirror.active9. However it still might
bounce and download from other mirrors due to the fastestmirrors yum app.
