[CentOS-mirror] Mirror Update

Hi we have recently increased out bandwidth to 1000Mb/sec for our  
mirror.  Also can you please add a trailing slash to the ftp link.  
i.e. ftp://mirror.5ninesolutions.com/pub/mirror/centos/
