[CentOS-mirror] Space required for public mirror.

Hi,

Could not find out a "Wiki" page for mirroring. So, I left a "comment" to
the generic "Public Mirror HowTo" page.

Just as an idea, we could have the same "Public Mirror HowTo" in the wiki,
instead of where it is now, which would make a little edits here and there
much easier. But, it worked for me as it is!

Regards
HASSAN
