[CentOS-mirror] new israeli centos mirror

Hello, I am proud to introduce our new centos mirror in Israel,
We're syncing using rsync from: msync.centos.org
All architectures and all centos versions are synced.
The access is done via HTTP: http://centos.syn.co.il/
Hosted on a lighttpd web server and set up to sync 2 times a day.
Mirror is managed and hosted by our company: Interhost Networks
The mirror connected on a 500Mbit link.
