Ya, it's what happened to me the other day. Made me cry a little...

Made a little _SAFE option for my rsync script. :v CentOS is in that mode now. *sigh*

Same thing happened here.  It completely borked out installation server.  I'm removing the --delete option until the issue is resolved completely.  This was *really* bad for us. ;(
