[CentOS-mirror] Inclusion in YUM fastestmirror plugin

The three people that I can remember maintaining the CentOS pages and core
servers are Ralph, Tru and Karanbir.  There are probably others as well, but
can't remember from the top of my head right now.

It is Sunday, so I think you need to be a bit patient.  Weekends are usually
slow from some.  Sometimes, it can take upto a week before you need to
resend the request.
