[CentOS-mirror] New UK Mirror

This server is currently in France with OVH, but the site is being moved to
a dedicated server at ether Telecity Powergate or UK2.net within the next
week/2 weeks. I probably should have said that in the first update but I
figured there was no point adding it as a France mirror then moving it to
the UK
