Crons are running fine, I just got rid of the --delete and ran a manual rsync with verbose and can see 6.0 getting grabbed again. I'll re-add that --delete once things have settled. Once this rsync is done we should be good to go.

That doesn't seem to be true :)
Last sync on that machine was on July 8th (so you are missing out on all
the CentOS 6 fun!)
I'm going to add your mirror once that has been resolved.
