[CentOS-mirror] mirrors.igsobe.com downtime

Helo all -

mirrors.igsobe.com will be down for approximately 12 hours.  Although an
unplanned outage, we are using this opportunity to upgrade the system
hardware so we can offer other mirrors (such as Fedora, Debian, etc).

We apologize for the inconvenience and will have the server back online as
