[CentOS-mirror] Mirrors out off sync

Hello 

 Why mirrors that is out of date, for more than one month is still on
mirrors list?

Like:

centos.digitalson.com  is down for 296.9 days and still on list!

mirror.skiplink.com 341.6 days and still on list!

mirrors.tradeor-it.org  is dow dor 232.6 days and still on list!

May be is a good idea to remove them until they ask to include them again?
