[CentOS-mirror] rsyncing new mirror

Hey Ralph,

I forgot to mention that the centos mirror is currently rsyncing and should
be up-to-date in a couple of hours from now.

Hey ralph,

Problem solved! Rsync:// was the problem at the end, so it's quite
impossible the command could have run properly on any server.

Mirror information from Spango Internet BV:

Mirror Type: HTTP/FTP
Location: Amsterdam - The Netherlands
Uplink: 1 Gbps
URL: http://centos.mirror1.spango.com
Sync: 4 times a day

We don't block on the rsync side - as long as you don't try to sync from the
dvd target.
