[CentOS-mirror] [Ask] mirror with high bandwidth

Dear All,

My name is david, I'm currently working to build CentOS mirror in 
Indonesia but I've a problem with internet bandwidth from US mirror.
Our bandwith to the internet exchange is 50Mbps (dedicated line). Anyone 
help me and give a permit use rsync with large bandwidth to synchronize 
our mirror server?
