i´ve setup a new public mirror in Germany, here are the details:

RSync: rsync://rsync.jgotteswinter.com/centos (v4 & v6)

Sync Frequency: every 4 hr
Country: Germany
City: Munich
Bandwidth: 1Gbit unmetered
