[CentOS-mirror] how to create mirror

HI list

i tried creating cent os mirror by running the following command
but under the cent os version folder there's no file
i am running following command to for sync

*rsync -aqzH --delete msync.centos.org::CentOS **/path/to/local/mirror/root
