The msync-dvd.c.o address and CentOS-incdvd target is deprecated.

You should be syncing from eu-msync.centos.org::CentOS nowadays (or 
us-msync.centos.org or msync.centos.org depending on where you're 
situated). Those rsync servers carry the DVD images as well, and are 
accessible from all IP addresses.
