[CentOS-mirror] UK mirror removal

Hi CentOS team

its with great regret i have to announce the need to shutdown our UK mirror (mirror.stshosting.co.uk) unfortunately we need to migrate hardware and wont have the spare capacity once this is completed

Please remove our listing from the mirror list
