Hi Renato,

I've just tested from outside and it seems it's still capp'ed around
10Mbits (I tested a .iso download and max speed I could reach - behind
a gigabit link - was ~1.2MB/s )
Have you already changed your available bandwidth for that mirror ?

PS : don't know the peering options to Chile though, so you can
probably have 100Mbits in the same country, but only 10Mbits to/from
international
