<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">I'm not the authoritative person here, But I know in the past, They don't give DVD-msync access to anyone (Well, anyone new that is). And they've held firm on that for as long as I've been mirroring.<br />
The current workaround that we've all kind of agreed on has been sync everything from msync, Then pull the DVD's from a mirror that does have them.<br />
I've got a script that will do it if you would like.<br />

They say after the release of 6.x they are going to re-visit the mirror infrastructure. And possibly at that time, They will open the DVD msync pool back up to the rest of the mirrors that want it.<br />
