I recently had to do this as I was upgrading my CentOS 4 box. The
files are in the vault
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;
charset=ISO-8859-1">
<a href="http://vault.centos.org/">http://vault.centos.org/</a>. You
will need to change your repos to point to the vault instead. I set
the baseurl instead of mirror and it seems to work fine.<br>

I think this might be the wrong list for that questions though but
hey I'm new!<br>
