</div>It would be better to start another thread, but : the current mirrorlist<br>
process generate a list of mirrors for each country, and if there is<br>
only one or two mirrors (as it was the case for the New Caledonia -NC- ,<br>
it completes the mirror list with mirrors from "nearby countries"<br>
(Australia in that case).<br>
So the current logic in the mirrorlist process doesn't look at the ASN,<br>
but just an IP -> country conversion.<br>
As we have a *lot* of mirrors in .us, the mirrorlist process select the<br>
top mirrors for that country, and so the reason why your own mirror is<br>
probably not listed (or can be, depending on the load, etc ..)<br>
That's even different for ipv6, as it's a different script (but mostly<br>
the same logic).<br>
