<p dir="ltr">There is a master server, but only approved mirrors are allowed to sync from it, so you need to sync from another mirror first before you'll get access to the master sync server.</p>

Hi, that looks a bit empty. I think you could do an initial sync from<br>
some other external mirror that provides rsync, then switch to syncing<br>
from <a href="http://centos.org" target="_blank">centos.org</a> nodes when your mirror has been verified and approved.<br>
There are plenty of rsync-capable mirrors listed at<br>
