Perhaps something like:

1) What resources are available to the CentOS users who prefer spanish 
as their language

4) some info about the centos-es mailing list as well

Basically, so its a few paragraphs about the whole CentOS and Spanish 
efforts and communities. And the last part can be about the irc channel 
so perhaps cover things like :

- What sort of people are there now
- What kinds of people do you expect along the way
- Maybe some tips on what to do if there is no one active in that 
channel and someone needs help
  etc
