Boa Noite Rodrigo,<br><br>vc poderia usar no apache o mod_userdir ( <a href="http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.1/mod/mod_userdir.html">http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.1/mod/mod_userdir.html</a>) . usar um cliente de ftp web como net2ftp ( <a href="http://www.net2ftp.com">http://www.net2ftp.com</a> ) . e para gerar o html da página inicial e apagar os diretórios, vc poderia fazer via script. se usar uma autenticação central (LDAP ou AD) fica ainda mais fácil. <br>
