[CentOS-virt] Installing guest OS on Xen 3

[white list]

I just want to install NetBSD on Xen, i'm running centOS 5.2 Xen 3
I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong, I can't install NetBSD.
here is my vm04 config file.
Please Help
